Change of Mind:

If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, the item must be returned within 30 days in its original condition and packaging.
In such cases, a refund will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping costs, or handling charges.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return or refund due to their unique nature.

Return process

Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged item, etc.).
Once we receive your return and it has been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that the refund may take some time to show up on your account depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, design, or variant, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.
The availability of the desired item for exchange will be confirmed, and you will be required to return the original item.
